With SSI since 1999, Dan has over 30 years of IT experience including technical roles from systems analysis, design, programming, testing, and system architecture.  He has managed large Cyber Security Programs in order to help customers successfully achieve compliance for thousands of locations.  Dan’s areas of specialties include PCI Compliance, Software and Systems Design, Implementation, and Support. He is an IT Executive focused on operational efficiencies in providing Managed IT and Cyber Security services to Enterprises with multiple locations in the retail, automotive, and healthcare industries.

Ryan has been with SSI since 2000 and is responsible for all support operations and processes. He oversees our Managed Services Organization which provides Service Desk, Infrastructure Outsourcing, and Cyber Security services. Ryan leads the Support Operations Team by identifying motivational techniques, creating a healthy & competitive work-place, data driven rewards, constructive critique, and establishing a Technology career path. Ryan believes in establishing a culture of continual improvement, in line with the goals of the business.

With SSI since 2002, Oliver is responsible for the delivery of IT solutions to our clients. He began doing MS Access development for one of our clients and since then has developed everything from a CRM web site to a mobile inspection application. Oliver and SSI are relentless in our efforts to solve IT problems for our customers.
