Dave started SSI in 1990, focusing on POS Application programming and support. Prior to that, he had a 25 year career in systems programming and IT Management for Navistar (formerly International Harvester), American Hospital Supply and Baxter Healthcare. Dave also consulted for TSC as a Project Manager.
With SSI since 1999, Dan has over 20 years of IT experience, which includes technical roles from systems analysis, design, programming, testing, and system architecture. He also shifted into the project management of various types of projects focusing on retail, compliance, and insurance. Dan has managed large PCI Compliance Programs in order to help customers successfully achieve compliance for thousands of locations. Dan’s areas of specialties include PCI Compliance, Software and Systems Design, Implementation, and Support.
Ryan has been with SSI since 2000 and is responsible for all support operations and processes. He oversees managers, support technicians, level 2 support, tier 3, Windows administrators, & quality control across all clients. Ryan leads the Support Operations Team by identifying motivational techniques, creating a healthy & competitive work-place, data driven rewards, constructive critique, and establishing a Technology career path. Ryan believes in establishing a culture of continual improvement, in line with the goals of the business.
With SSI since 2002, Oliver is responsible for the delivery of IT solutions to our clients. He began doing MS Access development for one of our clients and since then has developed everything from a CRM web site to a mobile inspection application. Oliver and SSI are relentless in our efforts to solve IT problems for our customers.
